●  Your start

A real start, with people in your corner

From day one, you have a personal coach who helps you set goals and tells you honestly how you’re doing. In knowledge sessions, colleagues share what they’ve learned on customer projects. And when you join your first customer, you go with an experienced colleague and take on more of the analysis step by step, on your way to Digital Analyst. Just ask Daan.

●  Daan’s story

“What matters most is that you hit your goals, not the hours you clock to get there.”

●  03 · Your work

Real customers, real challenges

With experienced colleagues next to you, you learn to turn what a customer needs into something that actually gets built and pays off.

Figure out the business

Map how a customer’s organization runs and what’s holding it back.

Question the process

“We’ve always done it this way” is where you start digging.

Work across the table

Work with developers, designers and product owners, and learn their language fast.

Talk to the people

Ask the follow-up question nobody asked and find the real need.

Write it so it gets built right

Write requirements and user stories that leave developers nothing to guess.

Make sure it pays off

Check that what gets built delivers measurable value for the customer.

AI is part of your toolkit here, and we’ll teach you to get the most out of it

You’ll use AI tools and agents to explore problems, structure information and sharpen your user stories, and you’ll learn when to question what they give you. No AI expertise needed.

●  Is this you?

Fresh out of school? Perfect.

You’re graduating or just graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or something close to it. You’re curious about business as about technology, you can take a complex problem apart and explain it simply, and you’re not shy about asking questions, in Dutch or English.

Years of Agile or dozens of workshops? Not needed. We care about how you think and how fast you learn.
