What happens when you love tech but get your energy from human connection? You become the ultimate bridge between a client and a development team. Meet Noëmie, who seamlessly switches between her roles as Business Analyst, Agile Product Owner, and Delivery Lead at The Value Hub. We sat down with her to talk about ownership, managing multiple projects, and why doing what you promise is the ultimate superpower.
Noëmie, how do you explain your job to friends or family?
“I usually work as a Business or Functional Analyst, or as a Delivery Lead. Basically, I am the bridge between what a client truly needs and what the IT team is going to build. I make sure everyone understands each other, that we are all moving in the same direction, and that we deliver a project that actually works for the client while meeting our high quality standards. When I act as a Delivery Lead, I also make sure we stay within budget and on time.”
What drew you to this specific field?
“It gives me so much energy to talk to people and truly listen to their needs. I do not just blindly write down whatever a client asks for. I want to understand the deeper reason behind their request, respond to that effectively, and reflect it in the final solution.”
How do you manage your average week while juggling multiple projects?
“My weeks are incredibly varied because I usually work on several projects at the same time. That means I switch between different clients and changing teams of colleagues every single week, sometimes even daily. It is a mix of meetings to track progress as a Delivery Lead, sessions to sharpen requirements as an analyst, and blocks of deep focus work to map everything out. Luckily, our flexibility allows me to plan most of my week myself.“

“If you always keep your promises, you build an immense amount of trust.”
Can you share a specific moment where your approach made a real difference?
“For me, it is the moments where you notice that deep listening pays off. On one project, we had to plow through a mountain of existing documentation to translate it into tangible needs. By sitting down frequently with the project owner and asking the right questions, we captured critical extra requirements and thought out of the box. The client was thrilled with the result and felt genuinely heard. That is why you do it.”
Which skills are absolutely non-negotiable for a great Business Analyst?
“Good listening is absolute number one. You have to understand what the client really means and act proactively. Next to that, walking the talk is crucial. Especially in a Delivery Lead role, and when you are juggling multiple projects, you simply have to be reliable. If you always keep your promises, you build an immense amount of trust.“
“You get the trust to handle your work your own way.”
What makes the atmosphere at The Value Hub different from your previous workplaces?
“What truly defines TVH is that people genuinely listen to you. You are not a number here. Because we work in changing team setups across different projects, you get to know many colleagues really well. Open communication is essential here. You get the trust to handle your work your own way, as long as the quality of our delivery is top tier.”
What is your favorite memory with the team so far?
“I unfortunately had to miss our ski trip and the trip to Porto because I became a mom, but the moments we do share are always great. The after work events and our quarterly meetings are always fun and cozy. It is wonderful to see everyone in a relaxed setting and just catch up.”

If you had to describe The Value Hub in three words, which ones do you choose?
“Open, because you can say anything to anyone and the doors are always open. Flexible, because there is so much room to combine your work on different projects with your private life. And Quality driven, because we set the bar high for ourselves and want to deliver the absolute best solution.”
What kind of mindset should your future colleague have?
“Someone who adapts easily between different clients and projects, but most importantly, someone who does what they promise. We are looking for a true team player who sets a high bar, takes the time to listen, but also dares to speak up.”
What would you say to someone who is doubting whether to apply?
“Just do it. If you want a workplace where your input is valued and you get the freedom to deliver great work your own way, you will feel at home very quickly. Just come over for a coffee and see if it clicks.“
